The A.E. Robert Friedman - Painting and Decorating Contractors of America
(PDCA) Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are
no more than 24 years of age. You must be nominated by an active PDCA
member in good standing to be considered for this award. Selection will
also be based on character, financial need, letters of recommendation and
an essay.
You must be nominated for this award by September 15 and submit all your
application materials (completed applications, essays, letters of
recommendation and transcripts) by November 30 to qualify for this award.
