The Abe and Esther Hagiwara Student Aid Award is open to undergraduate and
graduate students. Only students with severe financial need will be
considered. National Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) membership
is required to be considered for this award. You must submit a completed
application form, proof of JACL membership, a personal statement, letter
of recommendation, official transcripts and a resume.
The deadline for this award is March 1 for freshmen and April 1 for all
