undergraduate or graduate students who are 25 years of
age or younger as of May 31. You must read the
articles on the sponsor's site and submit an essay of
2,500 words or less on the following topic: How are
economic development and environmental quality
related? What institutional frameworks will allow
individuals in the developing world to solve
environmental problems and eradicate poverty?
