The American Academy of Chefs (AAC), through the American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF), offers educational scholarships to those currently attending culinary schools, and to professional chefs already working in the hospitality industry looking to further their education.

To be considered by the scholarship committee, an applicant
· Be an exemplary student.
· Be currently enrolled in an accredited, post-secondary school
or other post-secondary culinary training program acceptable
· Have completed a grading or marking period (trimester, semester
· Have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef.
