The Alphonso Deal Scholarship Award is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend a two-year college or university to study law enforcement or related fields. You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this award. This scholarship is based on good character, your high school transcript, and a letter of recommendation from your principal, counselor or teacher.
