The Charles O'Connell Scholarship is available to students demonstrating
financial need at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Medical student are
not eligible for this award.
There is no application necessary for this award, if you qualify, simply
send a letter of interest to the Office of Financial Aid. The letter must
include your name, social security number, the name of the scholarship you
are interested in, and information supporting your qualifications. Please
