The Charter Fund Scholarship is open to Colorado high school seniors who
are also Colorado residents. You must have worked during your summer
breaks or after school to be eligible for this award. Decisions are based
on financial need, academic performance and aptitude, recommendations and
potential for achievement. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is also
required.
