The Don and Phyllis Doughty Family Scholarship is
available to licensed radio amateurs. You must be
pursuing an associate's, bachelor's or graduate degree
to be eligible for this award. Applicants must be
recommended by a member of Quarter Century Wireless
Association (QCWA), but may not themselves be members
of QCWA.
