The Doris J. Wipper Scholarship Fund is available to graduates (or
equivalent) of high schools in Oregon. You must be pursuing a
post-secondary education at a public or private nonprofit, two- or
four-year college or university in the United States to be
eligible for this award.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 1 annually.
