The EMPMD Gilbert Chin Scholarship is open to junior or senior TMS
members who are studying magnetic, electronic, superconducting or
photonic materials full-time. A travel stipend of $500 may be available
to the recipient to attend the TMA annual meeting. You will be selected
based on your scholarship application, academic achievement,
extracurricular activities, three letters of recommendation, personal
profile statement and leadership potential. Students not currently
holding TMS memberships may enclose with their scholarship entry a
completed membership application with dues payment to become eligible.
