The Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation Scholarship is open to
cosmetology students currently enrolled in or accepted by a state-approved
cosmetic art training facility. You must have completed an initial 300
hours of training and submit two letters of recommendation to be eligible
for this award. Additionally, you must have a a minimum 85 percent passing
grade and 85 percent attendance. Selection will be based on scholastic
records, attendance records and extracurricular activities.
