Description

Scholarship Fund
The FFFNF scholarship program is open to any high school senior planning on earning a degree in teaching. The application is initiated by dispatching a letter to the Scholarship Committee. Following this, a formal application is made on an official FFFNF Scholarship Application form. Application forms are sent in response to the initial letter of inquiry. The application must contain the following information:

Acceptance information by an accredited college or university
A summary of academic achievement in high school and any college work to date. Official transcripts are required.
A list of outside-the-classroom achievements
A 150-word essay

The applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee, and the award is made each year to the applicant deemed most deserving. Scholarships are separately funded by donations to the FFFNF Scholarship Fund, not by Association dues.

Application requests must be postmarked between September 1st and December 31st. Applications MUST include a self-addressed envelope bearing first-class postage with their request for an application form.
