The Horace Mann Student Scholarship is open to children of U.S. public or
private school employees who will be entering freshmen at an accredited
two- or four-year college or university. In order to apply, you must have
at least a "B" average and be a resident of a state other than Hawaii, New
Jersey, or New York.
