The I Don't Want to Pay for College Scholarship is available to
students planning to attend college. You must be a U.S. citizen and a high
school student, GED recipient or current college student. You must
demonstrate a strong record of extracurricular, leadership and/or
volunteer activities to be eligible for this award.
