The Jacobson-Keller Family Scholarship is available to
licensed radio amateurs. You must be pursuing an
associate's, bachelor's or graduate degree to be
eligible for this award. Applicants must be
recommended by a member of Quarter Century Wireless
Association (QCWA), but may not themselves be members
of QCWA.
