The John W. Perry Scholarship is available to students who are affected by
Section 484, subsection "r" of the Higher Education Act of 1998 (HEA)
which delays or denies federal student financial aid to applicants with
any misdemeanor or felony drug conviction. You must demonstrate financial
need and demonstrate potential to succeed in school. Additionally, you
must complete the online pre-application form and then download an
application in PDF format.
