The Lazof Family Foundation Scholarship is available to high school
juniors and seniors with spina bifida. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and
graduate from a four-year college or university within four years to be
considered for this award. If academic progress and full-time enrollment
is maintained, this award may be renewed for four years.
