The Lilly Moving Lives Forward Reintegration Scholarship is open to
students who are diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizophreniform or
schizoaffective disorder. You must be currently receiving medical
treatment for the disease, and be actively involved in rehabilitative or
reintegrative efforts to be considered for this award.
