The Mary Ellen Warner Educational Trust Loan is available to upper division or graduate students attending an accredited college or university in California. You must be a California resident who is registered to vote and demonstrate financial means and ability to repay the loan starting within six months after graduation and commence loan repayment within three years. In addition, you must submit your college transcripts and agree to a personal meeting with the trustees in Los Angeles. Loan funds may only be used for tuition, books, fees and supplies.
