The OCA Scholarship is awarded to Asian Pacific American graduating high
school seniors who are entering their first year of college in the
upcoming fall. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a U.S. citizen, and
demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. An essay will also
be required.
