The Paul D. Ziemer Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors whose parent is a customer with a primary residence in the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation or Upper Peninsula Power Company territory or an employee of WPS Resources. You must intend to enroll in the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the fall following your graduation and major in business or engineering to be considered for this renewable award. Additionally, you must rank in the top 10 percent of your high school class to qualify.
