The R.W. Smith and Company Food Service Scholarship is available to full-time students seeking a degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management or hotel and restaurant design. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be a resident of California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas or Louisiana to be eligible for this award. You must re-apply to renew.
