Description |
Entries should include accounts of the lifestyles and challenges of the
disadvantaged in the United States and around the world. Topics covered
may include the causes, conditions and remedies of their plight as well
as the impact of public policies and programs on their daily lives.
Entries are accepted in print, cartoon, radio and television categories
from both undergraduate and graduate students.
Entries may include news or news-feature stories published or broadcast
in the 2003 calendar year.
Entries must be received by January 30, 2004.
