The Stokes Educational Scholarship Program is open to high school
seniors, in particular, students of color, who choose a full-time
college major in one of the following fields: computer science,
electrical or computer engineering, mathematics, Arabic, Chinese,
Farsi, or Korean. College sophomores majoring in one of the languages
may also apply. Freshmen must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.0
GPA and at least a 25 ACT or 1100 SAT, and demonstrate leadership
abilities. Sophomores must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.0 GPA
and have earned at least six credits in your language. Recipients must
work for NSA after college graduation for at least one-and-one-half
times the length of study.
