Scholarship Description
The Ad Club provides financial assistance to full-time, undergraduate
college students with a strong academic record who are interested in
pursuing a career in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a
related industry.
Ad Club Scholarships are awarded for $5,000 per student for tuition
for the 2007/2008 academic year. Please note that Scholarship checks
will only be made out to a school, not to an individual.
In order to be considered for this scholarship, students must complete
the entire application. Students will be evaluated for an award based
on the following:
1) Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment and intent on pursuing a career
in the Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related industry.
2) Assessed leadership potential as a professional in our field.
3) Grade point average (G.P.A.).
4) Financial need (Note: this is secondary to points 1, 2 and 3).
Applications are due to The Ad Club by Friday, February 2, 2007 at

The selected students will be honored at the annual Arnold Z. Rosoff
Awards, which will be held at the end of March 2007. This Ceremony
honors individuals and organizations for contributions to the industry
in the area of diversity. Scholarship recipients should attend this
event.
Application Guidelines
Please submit the following materials in addition to this application:
A current resume
A current official transcript (applicants must have a G.P.A. of 3.0 or
above)
Two letters of recommendation from faculty member, advisor, counselor,
or employer
Answers to the questions listed in this application
Applications must be submitted by February 2nd. No applications will
be accepted after this date.
Recipients should be able to come to Boston at the end of March to
receive the Scholarship.
