Description:
The USA Judo Life Member Scholarship Grants are intended to help
defray athlete’s tuition and education costs. The scholarships are
awarded in amounts up to $2,000 per semester and are for tuition,
mandatory fees, books, room and board, and required transportation.
Athletes who are high performance athletes and potential elite
athletes, and who are, or will be, enrolled in an accredited degree or
certificate-granting program are eligible to apply for Life Member
Scholarship Grants. Qualified applicants must also be in good academic
standing, as defined by the institution, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or
better. This is a need-based program.
Applications must be received by March 15 for the spring semester;
August 15 for the fall semester. Eligible athletes can obtain current
applications from the USA Judo National Office or from the
organization's website.
