Description
The Wayne V. Black Scholarship Award is available to full-time
undergraduate students who are attending an accredited college or
university in the United States or Canada. You must be working towards
a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, project
management, law, political science or telecommunications. Entering
freshmen must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and entering sophomores and
juniors must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Two references, a biography and
an essay are required.
