The Yoshiyama Award for Exemplary Service to the Community is open to
graduating high school seniors in the United States and its territories.
You must demonstrate self-motivation, leadership, creativity, dedication
and a commitment to pursuing community service to be eligible for this
award. This award is based primarily on the impact of your community
service activities, and you must be nominated by someone familiar with
your service (excluding family members). Grade point averages, SAT scores
and school club memberships are not considered in the selection process.
