The Vice Admiral E. P. Travers Scholarship and Loan Program is available to full-time undergraduate students who are children of an active duty or retired Navy/Marine personnel, or the spouse of an active duty Sailor or Marine. You must be enrolled or accepted at a post-secondary, technical, or vocational institution to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Scholarship awards provide up to $2,000 per year while loan awards provide up to $3,000 per year.
